HEFOP-3.4.1/05/1.-2006-05-0029/2.0 project for the training of the employees of HOLOFON'95 Zrt.

A project co-financed by the European Union

Within the framework of the project 6 types of trainings will be implemented for 9 employees of Holofon Zrt. in order to make their knowledge more actual and up-to-date. There will be trainings for machine operators (7 persons), English courses (2 persons) and trainings for computing within which the factual materials of several modules, e.g. goods traffic, stocks, general ledger and finance will be taught to the students. The two latter modules will be included in the project within the framework of a contract modification. Training is of crucial importance for the employees of Holofon Zrt. in order to keep the competitiveness of the company. Thanks to the trainings our co-workers can perform their duties more efficiently and professionally. After the trainings their expertise becomes sounder and their approach to labour improves significantly. At the same time, from the Company's point of view, more skilled employees mean a guarantee for more professional labour and for decreasing the possibility of mistakes and any resulting damages. For the employees the trainings ensure the acquiring of competitive knowledge and skills through which they can become more successful within the company and on the labour market, as well.

KMOP-1.2.1/B-2007-0103 Waste = value!

The project has been implemented with the support of the European Union and the co-financing of the European Regional Development Fund.

Within the framework of the project we perform 4 activities: purchase of machinery and IT devices, training and appearing on the market.

Purchase of devices: We have bought a universal pre-crushing machine to promote the recycling of plastic wastes (it crushes plastic waste to enable its further processing). Without the pre-crushing machine we could not have increased the output. Production and sales revenue have been increasing and contributing to sustainability and to achieving the objectives of the project, the venture has been developing and environmental protection, too, has been improving.

IT development: In the interest of increasing our sales revenue we have purchased 5 notebooks, which are needed for selling our products, preparing presentations and showing them to our customers. Sales revenue has been growing: the presentations help us contact new customers and contribute to sustainability.

Appearing on the market: The ÖKOTECH Exhibition, in which we participated, was organised between 6 and 9 November 2007. By appearing at the exhibition we could find new customers for our products and this increases our revenue and contributes to sustainability.

Training: For 2 respective persons efficient management for experienced managers (5 days), handling workplace conflicts and stress (3 days) and applying negotiation techniques in management (4 days). On the other hand, we provide our employees with continuous language training, thanks to which we have no problems in contacting our foreign partners.

Our devices are supplied with environment friendly BAT technologies. The pre-crushing machine is in compliance with the MSZ and equivalent standards, i.e. the environmental, labour and accident protection specifications. The information technological appliances meet the TCO'03 monitor and APM reduced energy consumption specifications. When participating in exhibitions and performing trainings we follow the principle of "value for money". To ensure compliance with all the aforesaid specifications and standards we ask for a certificate from our suppliers when taking their products goods over.

The system of the UNI-CUT 105 universal pre-crushing machine has an automatic alien material identification mechanism and stops automatically when it finds metal particles. The rotor axles developed from polygon and the special forms of knives ensure optimal power transfer, which provides high cutting performance. The machine has a heavy-duty rotor with a lifetime of 70,000 working hours. The robust long-life and low-noise cutting knives have scissors axles turning towards each other. It sucks in the materials automatically. Its operation is economic and energy-efficient, repositioning is electrically controlled and automatic rejection is provided if the machine becomes overloaded. Purchasing the machine creates two new workplaces and contributes to keeping 3 existing ones.
