Buying up
Our core activity is taking over thermoplasts coming from the industry, trade and households and mainly being of packing waste origin, for the purpose of processing and then recycling them in their own materials. We buy up the following wastes:
PE-type materials:
- clear and coloured foils (except for soil covers used in agriculture)
- cans, plastic bottles, bottle caps, plugs
- crates, cases, barrels, tanks
- pallets
- pipes, plates
- other selected moulded or extrusion-type wastes
PP-type materials:
- BOPP foils
- trays, cases
- woven bags
- bottle caps, glasses, plastic bottles
- plates, buckets
- pallets
- garden furniture
- other selected moulded or extrusion-type wastes
HIPS-type materials:
- trays
- spools, discs
- de-metalled skeletons, back walls and covers originating from the disassembly of electronic waste
- other selected moulded or extrusion-type wastes
ABS-type materials:
- cases
- trays, glasses
- de-metalled skeletons and covers originating from the disassembly of electronic waste
- other selected moulded wastes
We also purchase agglomerates and grinds prepared from the material types listed above.
Basic requirements expected from wastes to be purchased:
- Selection by material type
- Cleaned condition
- The materials being free from unhealthy or hazardous substances, respectively neutralised
The Purchase Department of Holofon Zrt. is entitled to officially communicate commercial and other conditions related to buying up.
